A farm centre including The Roost Bakery and Roost Garden Market and new Highland House Farm Winery. The Bakery offers wholesome baked goodies featuring flour grown and milled on-site, farm breakfasts, soups/salads, sandwiches and lunch specials. The Garden Market next door is home to our wood-fired pizza oven and new winery. Here you will also find local meats, cheeses, preserves, seasonal produce, herbs and ice cream! Come sit on the porch or in our converted bus, enjoy great food, friendly service and a glass of wine on the farm.

Parry Bay Sheep Farm and Stillmeadow Farm, both in Metchosin, produce all-natural lamb, pork, and free range chicken. We also grow grain for local bakeries and sell flour made from our wheat. We work hard to make sure our animals are healthy and happy. If you care about how farm animals are treated and about the nutritional value of what you eat, you many want to consider our products. You can find our meat and poultry in fine stores and restaurants, or you can buy direct from our farm store, open Sundays only, 11 am – 1 pm, at 4198 Stillmeadow Rd, in Metchosin.
