U-PICK PUMPKIN PATCH/FARM TOUR: Enjoy a 35-minute horse drawn wagon ride to an authentic pumpkin patch by Smokey and Spike, a team of giant white Percherons. Encounter 56 acres of old farm charm with farm animals, wildlife and scarecrows lurking about. Discover the beautiful hidden view of Richard’s Mountain and the diverse agriculture of Cowichan Valley. Have fun slinging pumpkins with our medieval catapult. An Awesome Autumn Adventure! School and group rates. No dogs, please. Cash only. OPEN: Mid-September to October 31, everyday 10am until dusk. The Alderley Grange at the north end of Alderley Road overlooks the picturesque Hunt Valley. Everything we raise (from poultry, pork, and eggs to vegetables and herbs) is grown using sound organic principles (no chemicals, no hormones, no preventive antibiotics). Our in-season produce includes garlic, onions, heirloom tomatoes, salad greens, carrots, beets, squash, peas, beans, strawberries, herbs, and more. We are taking orders for delicious Ridley Bronze turkeys and natural pork products from pasture-raised English Large Black Hogs (weaner pigs, whole, half, or sausages and individual cuts).

Located less than 1 km from Butterfly Gardens on Benvenuto Avenue, Bella’s stand opens late May thru to the end of October. Our small farm uses organic methods and produces.
Berries – raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries
Fruits – cherries, apples, pears, prune plums, seedless green grapes
Farm Fresh Vegetables – broccoli, romaine lettuce, beans, tomatoes, carrots, squash and pumpkins.
Veggie starters: Sweet potato slips.
We also have a beautiful selection of Christmas trees.
